The columnist, Juan Paulenko, in a conversation with the program No te duermas on radio Hexa, talked about the episodes of violence that the province of Buenos Aires is going through and also about their political impact.

In the midst of a wave of robberies that directly affects the Conurbano, followed by a chronicle of a death foretold, as was the case of Kim Gómez, murdered in La Plata, today the province of Buenos Aires is at its worst moment. Juan Paulenko in No te duermas addressed the main problems that concern citizens.
In the last few hours, there was talk about the request for an interpellation of the Minister of Security and in this regard Paulenko stated: “I think that unfortunately they are using a topic that today I would even tell you that according to market studies, unemployment or work is in first place, but we are talking about insecurity.”
In this regard, he stated that in the next few hours the Senate of the province of Buenos Aires will make the request for interpellation with the signature of two senators. Among the names are Alex Campbell of the PRO, and Carlos Kikuchi, who Paulenko described as “a libertarian who, in some way, on the one hand, sometimes plays with the PRO and sometimes is a mirror for Governor Kicillof.”
“It has to do with the case of the 7-year-old girl Kim Gómez who was murdered in La Plata, it has to do with the cases of Vicente López, La Matanza, Moreno. There are several questions that they want to ask the minister, but also Peronism, through Rubén Eslaiman, the man of Massismo, is going to ask for the interpellation of the prosecutor who intervened in the Kim Gómez case,” said Juan Paulenko.
In relation to the above, he pointed against the prosecutor on duty because he did not work as he should have. Therefore, he stressed that they will have to give explanations to the legislators of the reason why they released the minor killer of Kim Gómez who already had a history of robbery.
In addition, he stressed that the senators want to deal with the 211 frozen files. Likewise, he confirmed that they are going to ask the Minister of Security about the case of Puente 12.
In that same line, he added: “It is totally surrounded by high security personnel because they fear an occupation. There is a lot of anger in the police family with the issue of these police officers separated from Tres de Febrero and also Ituzaingó, who were discharged for protesting and for demanding improvements not only in salaries, but in quality of work and life.”
Killing in cold blood
“Before, we said you can’t go out at night, today it’s 2 in the afternoon in the San Nicolás neighborhood and they rob you or it’s 6 in the morning and they rob you in the kilometers, there you have to show your face where the minister has to say what is happening,” he said.
“He obviously blames the justice system, the revolving door, the police say well we don’t have the elements, the patrol cars are broken, there is no gas, the vest is expired, we have to pay for the bullets, well, we have to have this debate and we have to try to find solutions because in the elections people will vote for anything,” he explained on radio Hexa.
