A man and a woman were arrested almost at the same time for stockpiling marijuana, cocaine and crack cocaine with the intention of selling them throughout the West.
The Operations Division of the Metropolitan Area “North” of the Argentine Federal Police (PFA) dismantled during the last few days a pair of drug bunkers that operated in the town of General Rodríguez and that were in charge of selling drugs throughout the West within a few hours of each other.
The first of them was discovered by the force dependent on the Ministry of National Security and endorsed by the prosecutor Ezequiel Enrique Freyder, who carried out a thorough analysis of the information collected with which they established that in at least two properties in the Güemes neighborhood maneuvers related to the stockpiling and sale of prohibited substances were carried out.
That is why the judge of Guarantees number 1 of the local Judicial Department, Adriana Alicia Julián, ordered the corresponding searches on two farms located at the intersection of Tarija and El Quijote streets, very close to the border with the Moreno district, where 3.7 kilos of marijuana, 182 grams of base paste and four cell phones were seized and a woman was arrested.
For its part, the second began to be seen closely at the beginning of this month, when through various prevention tasks the detectives detected a house located on the Blas Pascal artery where drugs were sold.
In this way, the Functional Investigation Unit (UFI) N°14 of Rodriguez approved to delve deeper into the investigation and thus determine that said address was used as a point of sale of narcotics and a collection center.
After raiding the place, the agents seized 297 packages ready for distribution, 155 doses of cocaine of maximum purity divided into small nylon packages, 41,200 pesos in cash, two cell phones and documentation of interest to the case, in addition to arresting a 47-year-old man.
