

The people of La Matanza join in solidarity to assist Bahía Blanca and all its people, in the face of the tragic storm they have suffered. Mayor Fernando Espinoza highlighted the assistance campaign and the support of the people of La Matanza, “a supportive community that is always present to help those who need it most.”
The local government coordinates a massive solidarity collection of donations, in different collection points of the district, with the objective of helping the families affected by the floods of Bahía Blanca.
The solidarity campaign will be carried out in various localities of the district, where the entire community will be able to bring donations such as: bottled drinking water, non-perishable food, cleaning and personal hygiene products, warm clothing, blankets, sheets, mattresses, and towels. Fundamental elements to guarantee the minimum conditions of health and comfort to the families that have been left without resources.
The mayor of La Matanza and president of the Argentine Federation of Municipalities (FAM), Fernando Espinoza, highlighted the support of all the people of La Matanza “who are always present to help those who need it most, and in the most difficult moments.”
