EXCUSE

Due to the expansion of the news and the weight of each one, it is in this context that this journalist and former pilot finds out and becomes aware of it. He says he wants to encourage a move to help him. So then he begins to ask for money in large amounts from all his colleagues, both on the track and in journalism, and also friends and families involved, who encourage him to collaborate.
DECEPTION AND/OR THEFT MECHANICS:
Once the journalist and former pilot got the original amount and seeing that the alias had a very similar name to his own, he decided to adulterate the original name and begin to fraudulently seek money for his account, for which, using the famous “Uncle’s story”, stating that the situation was difficult in this country and excuses of that type, he asked for 2 million more, which exceeded the original values, surpassing the amount that Nicanor’s family was asking for, placing the sum now at 4 million.
DISCOVERY:
It was in a private country house in the province of Buenos Aires owned by one of the defrauded pilots where in a large meeting with several “elite actors” he was commenting on the case and it was Rubén Salerno, another former pilot of the category, who “uncovered the pot.” It happens that in some notices it was said that Nicanor lived in the province of La Pampa, in others it was said that Nicanor lived in the city of Pehuajó, in others it was said that Nicanor was in the province of Entre Ríos, which made all this more incongruous.
Alerted by the situation, the former pilot Salerno, who had not had conflicts of the same nature with the one pointed out years before, warned the contributors that it could be “a bed.” Unfortunately, many fell for it and everything came to light when the current pilot of the international Formula 1 of Argentine origin, Franco Colapinto, also wanted to collaborate, he exposed it on his social networks and spoke of the incongruity of the lessons mentioned above.
Unfortunately, the family had only received a very low figure compared to what they were asking for at that time, while everything else had been left to Ponte, for that reason the pilot’s father came out to face the situation, assuming the guilt of his son and being prepared to return the money to the contributing pilots as well as help the affected family. So the money was redirected back to the petitioning family with the alias address recomposed so that many could approve and finally Nicanor could obtain his treatment.
CAUSE:
Highly qualified journalists claim that the former pilot and journalist suffers from gambling addiction and would have gambled the sum he asked for in several bets, although there are no official versions the rumors are increasingly stronger
Justice; at the moment his case is absolutely stranded the former pilot remains at large and does not show any kind of remorse or guilt.
