The municipal Traffic Department began moving from its headquarters in San Justo to a new one near the “La Costera” terminal. All the details.
The Traffic Department of the homonymous Secretariat of the Municipality of La Matanza announced that this week it began the process to move from its headquarters in the town of San Justo to a new one located in the neighboring city of La Tablada, which is why it is closed.
The now former dependency of Avenida Juan Manuel de Rosas (National Route number 3) 3,715, moved all its operations and procedures available to Asamblea street at 2,500, between Doctor Ignacio Arieta and Sarandí and a little more than two kilometers away, near the “La Costera” terminal.
That is why the in-person and telephone attention of the aforementioned portfolio will remain on hold from today, Monday, February 17, until at least next Wednesday, February 19, finally opening the following Thursday without the need to make a prior appointment and with the reception being carried out in order of arrival.
It should be noted that this temporary closure for strictly logistical reasons will not affect the buildings located in Ramos Mejía (Avenida Rivadavia 13,518) and González Catán (Sunchales and Route 3, Los Ceibos neighborhood), which operate normally.
What will the attention be like in the new La Tablada Transit headquarters?
The available hours will be from 7:30 in the morning to 1:30 in the afternoon in a brand new office designed with modern and functional infrastructure, offering greater efficiency to neighbors who come to get their driver’s license, for example, and becoming one of the largest and most complete spaces in the region for this type of procedures.
“In this way, the Municipality reaffirms its commitment to improving public services, ensuring that procedures are more comfortable, accessible and efficient for the entire community,” the municipal government stated in this regard.
