“In Tres de Febrero, we work to ensure that all areas function efficiently. This new approach allows you to access our doctors without the need to travel,” said the local government.
The goal of the local health authorities in this western suburb of Greater Buenos Aires is to reduce waiting times and expand healthcare coverage through video calls, breaking down the barriers of distance so that more people can receive medical attention.
The service will be free for pediatric consultations (for children from 0 to 14 years old) and clinical consultations (for individuals over 15 years old) 365 days a year. It is clarified that the service does not cover emergencies, in which case individuals should quickly go to a healthcare facility.
“Our proposal is that you can have consultations without leaving your home. This initiative not only helps people who have difficulty traveling to municipal health centers but is also a way to build a more inclusive healthcare system,” said the local government.
The system also represents an improvement in the management of chronic diseases, as consultations will be carried out in real time. Telemedicina 3F promises not only to revolutionize the way healthcare is delivered but also to democratize access to health services.
To start using the service, registration is required. Once the user has completed their information, they can consult with any of the available doctors without any issues.
